We are going to start our weekly run sessions this week with a Hill Session.
Meet at Tadcaster Swimming Pool at 6.30pm.
The run will consist of a nice steady warm up of about 10 mins. The hill we will probably be doing tomorrow is a shortish one behind Sainsburys. There may be differing abilities – but the idea is to push yourself harder than you would do on a normal run. Each rep will be followed by recovery time and depending upon ability you might do 6 – 10 reps in total. Finally a nice steady group run back to the pool.
There is an opportunity for club members to come along to a coached open water swim session soon at the Blue Lagoon. The session is being coached by Morgan William , Swim Smooth Coach at the Blue Lagooners.
Good luck to everyone taking part in the Tadcaster Triathlon on 5th May. Have a great race… GO T3!
