April 19th 2015 York Sports Village 09.00 – Coached Swim Session (2 lanes reserved for T3) 10.15 – Coffee in the Sports Cafe. 11.00 – 2 Hours sole use of the Cycle Track (1 Hour Coached) 13:00 – Gym – Stretching / Injury Prevention More details out soon….
