We are going to start our weekly run sessions this week with a Hill Session.

Meet at Tadcaster Swimming Pool at 6.30pm.

The run will consist of a nice steady warm up of about 10 mins. The hill we will probably be doing tomorrow is a shortish one behind Sainsburys. There may be differing abilities – but the idea is to push yourself harder than you would do on a normal run. Each rep will be followed by recovery time and depending upon ability you might do 6 – 10 reps in total. Finally a nice steady group run back to the pool.
