Only 4 weeks to go until our first Winter Duathlon. A short 2km run. 8km Bike. 1km Run. Suitable for everyone – whether you are new to the sport or even if you want to go flat out – you can even use it as a a good bit of transition practice or even do it twice for a good brick session!
