Many multi-sport athletes neglect their strength & conditioning training, at T3 we believe this is vitally important to maximise performance and reduce the risk of injury. The swimming pool have a gym and many members combine swim and gym subscriptions to benefit from these facilities. There are two circuit based training activities each week at 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday which are not exclusive to T3 but are popular and must be booked through the pool.

T3 have a long association with 5 Star Fitness in Wetherby, dating back to the Covid lockdown when we started training at home with video instruction from Jamie Field (ex Wakefield Rugby professional). Jamie still provides T3 with one gym session each week exclusively for T3. The program is aimed at multi-sport athletes wishing to build their strength and mobility, it is based at the Crossley Street gym in Wetherby at 6:30 pm each Wednesday evening. Members unable to participate in this session can take advantage of the lower class subscription rates for T3 members and book on to one of the other group sessions.
