Well done to everyone who took part in todays Duathlon. It was a cold one – but you all did brilliantly – particularly on the third discipline today – the mince pie eating – looks like a few people had been practicing well for this part before the race
and for others who knew it would be so hard?? Next winter duathlon is on January 21st – entries are now open on the British Triathlon website:
