DESCRIPTION:We are holding a coached swim session with John Simpson and Sophie Milgate on the 8th December (16:00 to 17:30).  The session will focus mainly on developing your technique\, but there will also be an opportunity to get some distance in for those that want to.  There is a £10 suggested donation to the pool for this session. \nAs an added bonus\, for an additional fee there will be the opportunity to have some video analysis on your swim stroke.  Please contact John Simpson for more information on this. \nAfter the swim at 6pm we will be heading to 21 The High Street in Tadcaster for a social drink.  All are welcome to join this\, even if you don’t swim.
